Clarifications

• Files must be prepared in CMYK (Four-color printing). If the design includes special colors, please indicate the number matching each PMS color. Submissions in software programs like Photoshop and Illustrator submission are accepted. Please indicate which software program was used to create the image. Tiff images must be 300 DPI. JPG and other 72 DPI images are not accepted. -Cards must be 85, 6 mm x 53,98 mm. Always leave color excess (2MM minimum).
• Include all support files, including fonts and EPS logos.
• Files may be sent in ZIP format, as a CD or via e-mail.
• Please, together with the originals, send a printed version or a dummy of the piece to be produced.
• If the original to be sent is a pre-paid card, please consider the following scratch off dimensions: a) 38 x 9 mm o b) 24 x 10 mm
• In both cases, an additional 2 mm in height and 5 mm in length should be considered.
• The space for the pin should be white, to allow adequate control by our OCR cameras.
